Now in its third year, the Bend YP Passport Mentorship Program is a 12-month program that provides young professionals with peer groups and mentor matches from Leadership Bend’s Alumni Association. This gives YPs access to local leaders who are committed to growing Central Oregon’s talent. To help make sure these matches are successful on both sides, we ask participants to complete a self-assessment as part of their application to the program.

This is not like your traditional one on one program; it is focused on mentoring circles. Each circle is made up of 3 mentees and one mentor. These small groups meet monthly.
